So I caved in and ordered a new wheel. I made sure to remove all the wheels and removed all the beadlock bolts. I ordered up 150 new grade 8 bolts and replaced all of them on all of the wheels except for the spare (never been touched). The passenger rear whel took the most beating on my jeep, so the bolts had the most abuse.
